Challenge

A company built on mergers and acquisitions has a tendency to combine its web resources in a not so eloquent way.

Solution

Working with the team at SapientNitro I performed qualitative research with over 30 constituents and stakeholders, gingerly divided an existing intranet into three separate sites to serve different audiences and functions, and pulled it all off while gaining consensus along the way with a multitude of internal stakeholders.

Result

All three sites have received accolades within the company for their ease of use, workflow improvements and cost savings.
