Challenge

Architect the user experience of this ‘Pay it forward’ program.

Solution

Created a process by which users could share their good deed with friends, encourage repeated acts of kindness, and then tracking their token geographically as it traversed the landscape, noting the act of kindness with each passing. The resulting application also rated users on how many acts of kindness their token induced after their pass, further enhancing the viral nature of the campaign.

Results

The campaign has been a success – tokens continue to be passed and tracked today.
