Challenge

Aviva’s site conversion numbers were unacceptably low. A challenging legacy workflow system and a lead generation process that caused headaches spelled disaster regardless of how appealing the design came across.

Solution

After taking a wholistic view at where the site traffic was originating and where it was falling off, we introduced a series of site enhancements intended to meet users where they were at in their process and nudge them closer to conversion, including a 1-2-3 stepped process, automated location-based agent look-ups, a map-based search, and agent profile pages customized by the agents themselves.

Result

Conversions shot up considerably upon launch of these enhancements, and Agent partners were thrilled with the leads and abilities to customize their own offerings on the brand’s primary media property.
